They observed an odor of alcohol and he stated he had drank a few beers. No field sobriety tests were conducted due to him being in the hospital. Later on, the State attempted get his medical blood from the hospital. It revealed an alcohol level almost three times the legal limit( i.e. .213). He was then charged by the State with DUI. | |
